All in a days work!

Rodents-  2013 David was called to a  2 storey home in Tindalls Bay, Whangaparaoa. The owners had to make a large insurance claim to have damage repaired after rodents gnawing on water pipes caused a flood of water through the ceiling into a downstairs bedroom and bathroom area. David assessed that the rodents were living in native bush on a neighbouring property, but the neighbours were not co-operative, therefore a series of bait stations were installed at the boundary, and a monthly baiting visit at very low cost protects the clients property from further invasion.

Ants- While renovating their Red Beach home owners stripped gib walls and found a huge ant nest. This explained why there had always been ants in and around the house despite so many  DIY products being tried. David sprayed insecticide on all exposed wooden framing, and the owners cannot believe that they have not sighted one ant since.

Wasps-(See the photo of the large wasp nest in the palm tree )– the owner of this property was very badly stung by these wasps. David treated the nest the day they called. The owner was so grateful for the prompt service, and amazed that one treatment at modest cost could completely solve the problem.

 Flies – some properties have severe fly problems due to location, in these cases David uses 2 concurrent programs – interior spraying and installation of bait stations (see photo ) to greatly reduce the numbers of flies in the areas outside the house.
